Buses
The following services stop within the parish:
No. 487 serves Gotham Primary School and East Leake Academy: it operates Monday to Friday during term time. To view the timetable click here.

The Soar Valley Community Bus is a wonderful friendly service. The bus is owned by Nottinghamshire County Council and driven by authorised volunteers. Various routes run through Kingston on Soar and the timetables can be viewed here.
Trains
The new East Midlands Parkway Station is only 2 miles from the centre of the village and has a large car park. The journey from there to London St Pancras International takes approximately 90 minutes. There are also regular trains to Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Lincoln.
Airport
Nottingham East Midlands Airport is approximately 5 miles from the centre of the village.
Roads
Junction 24 of the M1 is only 2 miles from the centre of the village. From this junction there is also access to the M42 to Birmingham, to the A50 to Derby and Stoke on Trent and to the A453 to Nottingham.
WARNING – There is a weight limit of 7.5 tonnes (tons) on the roads through the village. In addition, the railway bridge over Kegworth Road with a height limit of 3.8 metres (12ft 6ins). Please take note of these restrictions when planning your route, particularly when using your SATNAV.
